Andrew has been working with the company since January 2019. From November 2014 to November 2018, he served as Director of Investor Relations at ChromaDex Corp. (NASDAQ:CDXC), an integrated, global nutraceutical company devoted to improving the way people age. While at ChromaDex, the company raised over $50 million without an investment bank, transitioned from the OTC Market to the Nasdaq, significantly increased institutional ownership, and improved liquidity by over 500%. Mr. Johnson was instrumental in establishing an investor relations platform including, but not limited, to composing and disseminating corporate messaging, press releases, quarterly earnings, conference call transcripts, shareholder update letters, and marketing materials. Before joining ChromaDex, he held the role of Director of Outreach at Alliance Advisors, an investor relations consulting firm from April 2014 to July 2014. During this time, Mr. Johnson worked with various C-level management teams of small and micro-cap companies to increase investor awareness through the facilitation and attendance of non-deal roadshows, investment conferences, group meetings, and one-on-one meetings with institutional investors. From September 2011 to January 2013, he worked at Sidoti & Company, an institutional equity research firm, where he sat on the sales desk. During his time in the firm, he built relationships, presented investment ideas, and provided equity research, including corporate access to over 750 small and mid-cap companies. Mr. Johnson has over ten years of experience communicating with investors and has held the Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses in the past. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University.

Daniel Alberttis is currently a Managing Director at The Kannico Agency, a global advisory firm focused on the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors based in Delray Beach, Fl. Mr. Alberttis, a member of the firm’s executive team, directs the Strategic Philanthropy division and manages client engagements consisting of Corporations, High Net Worth Families and Private Foundations. Previously, he held various management roles over the course of 13 years for some of the nation’s largest financial institutions with the last 6 as a senior banker at JP Morgan Chase. He has advised and managed assets for hundreds of small and mid-sized businesses and has served in several C-level positions as a trusted consultant. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Lynn University and an M.B.A from Florida Atlantic University.

As the newest member of the Exactus team, Sonya is eager to bring her professionalism, passion, and expertise to the organization as Sales Manager and Product Specialist. Prior to entering the cannabis business, she was a top producing luxury Realtor earning her a featured spot on Bravo’s acclaimed television series, Million Dollar Listing Miami. Being a long time supporter of cannabis, she was elated to begin her journey in the space in 2017 as one of the first members of the sales team at Gencanna Global. During her time there, she built up her industry reputation and client base by providing her valued customers with the attention and knowledge necessary to succeed in this ever-changing industry. With over a decade of exposure to the cosmetic industry, it was a natural progression for her to find a niche in the fast-growing beauty and skincare sector of the cannabis market. Director of Sales
Mark Alouf was a founder and COO of P1 Technologies, an IT consulting firm focusing on the Southern California market, from 2009 to 2018. Mr. Alouf served as a Data Domain Account Manager from 2006 to 2008, a Unisys Account Manager from 2004 to 2006, and an EMC Account Manager from 2003 to 2004. In these positions, he was responsible for new customer acquisitions, working closely with networks of channel partners, developing account strategies, and overseeing implementation of customer solutions. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Business Development Manager for NQL, Inc. From 1995 to 200, he served as a Sales Specialist with IBM. Mr. Malouf earned a B.S. from East Carolina University.
